EDIT: I want to thank Bala the general manager for his attentiveness to customer satisfaction. It is rare that one would go to such lengths to make sure a customer is 100% happy. Thank you very much for your understanding, kindness, and your customer-oriented work ethic. Will definitely be back. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER. This past Sunday evening i asked how long it would be for 1 slice of pizza. he said 2-3 minutes. so i place my order for one slice of cheese pizza and my friend for one slice as well. after paying, the employee says again “give it 2-3 minutes”… 13 MINUTES LATER i am served my slice of pizza with absolutely NO APOLOGY or even acknowledgment of the delay! Seriously?? I simply and kindly asked how long it would take and was lied to twice about wait time. Why not just be honest and say about 10-15 minutes?? I had somewhere to be - I would have come back. Worried about losing $3.50?? Instead they lost 2 customers and gained a 1 star review. Where is the customer service and accountability?

We are a new school a few blocks away. We reached out to the team at the Bloomfield location for an inservice for teachers. They donated three delicious pizzas for us to enjoy. Everyone LOVED the pizza. Thanks to the manager and the rest of the team at Penn Ave. We will definitely be ordering again!!!

Perfect service. I ordered the Cheese Lovers pizza (without feta) and absolutely loved it. The slightly burnt cheese gave such a smoky flavor. And the sauce was perfect too. Their chicken wings were ok not that great. Their hoagies/subs looked really good but didn't try that. Definitely recommend this place for pizza. Also service was good. No complaints at all.

Well, I visit Pittsburgh very often, as my best friend lives there. At that moment I was very hungry, normally I don’t order a salads at the pizza places, however this “The Chef Salad” was exactly what I needed. It was fresh, tasty, perfect combination of the flavors and absolutely satiable. Will definitely order it again before going back home.
